Fall Classes
With the fall equinox just behind us, we enter this beautiful time of year - the annual harvest. A time to revel in the abundance in the natural world and in our own lives.
It is also a time where the looming darkness can fill us with anxiety and discomfort. Nature shows us however the dark stillness of winter is necessary if we are to enjoy the fresh blooms of spring.
As we move toward the winter solstice, the longest night of the year, we will use this weekly movement practice as a container to prepare our internal landscape for this potent and necessary time of stillness. In doing so, we ensure our readiness to blossom in the light of spring’s dawn.
